Kiyomitsu Mizuuchi (水内 清光, Mizuuchi Kiyomitsu, November 17, 1960) is a Japanese voice actor and stage actor from Osaka Prefecture who is affiliated with Ken Productions. His special skills are stage combat and martial arts in general.
